10-minute Upper Arm Workout

I love to ride the bike at the gym and walking the track or the treadmill is great too.  Unfortunately, neither of those  activities work the upper body, particularly the arms.  One of my favorite bloggerss Amy shared the youtube video above on her fitness Pinterest collection. I don't really care for the title of the video, but I appreciate the modestly dressed coaches. The workout was challenging without being too much.  The instructor, Holly Perkins, was detailed and encouraging without being annoying.  I also love the timer in the corner.  I am adding this to my daily workout!
